Our coach departs the Feilding Railway Station and proceeds across the rolling farmland to Ashhurst. The coach climbs rapidly over the saddle road, where from the large coach windows you will have an excellent view of the “Te Apiti” wind farm. Views can also be had of the new four lane Ashhurst to Woodville highway currently being constructed across the ranges.

The coach desends down into the lower Hawkes Bay farmlands and proceeds north though Dannevirke and across Takapau plain highway turning right at Takapau. Ten minutes later your coach arrives at the magnificent Oruawharo Homestead and your adventure begins.

No drink or food to be taken into Oruawharo.

If you are unable to book online, drop into the Woodville, Masterton, Wanganui, Hawera, Stratford’s i-SITEs or Dannevirke, Feilding ‘s Info Centres and they can book you there. An additional booking fee applies.
